Workshop: Step Into the Comfort Zone! Rethinking Ease
Why You Don't Actually Need to Overcome Your Inner Resistance
Do you recognize these beliefs? "Change only happens with enough willpower, discipline, and practice." Or: "If you want to change, you have to step outside your comfort zone — but nobody really wants to do that." And yet, while many of us struggle with beliefs like these, we all know people who seem to tackle and follow through on all kinds of projects in life effortlessly and with boundless courage. What do they do differently?
In this workshop, you'll discover a completely new perspective on this problem: expanding our comfort zone doesn't primarily require courage or overcoming all our fears. Because when we truly trust our inner voice and let ourselves be guided by our true needs and intentions, our comfort zone expands almost on its own. We automatically seek out learning experiences that suit us and become increasingly willing to take risks and try new things — because we realize there's no real alternative!
What You'll Explore
- Me and my thoughts — how do I relate to them?
- How we block our own path: beliefs, fears, and other monsters
- Brain under pressure vs. brain in flow: what it takes for change to feel easy
- Inner guidance through your authentic self — especially when it matters most
- Gaining new experiences — and feeling strong, calm, and secure while doing so
How We'll Work
- Input from the coach: modern and effective approaches from brain research and psychology
- Small experiments to catch yourself in the act
- Deepening and exercises in small groups
- Applying what you've learned between the in-person seminar and the final session
- Mutual support and inspiration within the group

Seminar: Finally, Relationships That Truly Fulfill
When Other People Seem "Difficult" — and How You Can Resolve That
We all know this: many of our relationships with other people are rather superficial. We engage in small talk, keep discussing the same things, and end up missing real connection. Or the mood toward certain people has already turned so sour that we can no longer imagine ever "getting along with them" again. Especially at work, there are people who trigger stress in us just by thinking of them — let alone the next meeting we have with them. So what's actually holding us back from dealing with other people in a more relaxed and constructive way?
In this seminar, you'll learn how to give more room to our innate need for real encounter and genuine connection. This strengthens your openness to meeting others without bias and with authenticity. In doing so, you're addressing the point where you have the greatest leverage for positive change in your relationships with others: yourself. Often, you'll then experience the small miracle that seemingly "difficult" people suddenly become far easier to get along with. With people you previously didn't like, you may suddenly find yourself having conversations that move you deeply and fill you with positive life energy. Experience for yourself, within the seminar group, what real encounters are all about — and let them strengthen you for the long run!
What You'll Explore
- How we sabotage ourselves in relationships — without even noticing
- What makes other people "difficult" — and why we hold onto that
- The path from our own neediness to a new stance of genuine connection
- Rethinking the "techniques" of living together: real listening and conflict resolution reimagined
- The magic of real encounters: awakening and using the dormant potential in everyday interactions
How We'll Work
- Exercises for experiencing real encounters within the seminar group
- Self-reflection and drawing insights for everyday relationships
- Gentle, empathetic guidance from the coach

For Companies
Tailored Solutions
Do you want to take the culture of collaboration and productivity in your team or company to a new level?
Create an ideal working environment for dedication, peak performance, and making the most of the untapped potential. Discover what truly makes the decisive difference here — something that goes beyond conventional leadership methods, collaboration tools, and organizational development measures.
For teams and organizations in the private sector and public administration, as well as for groups in sports, the arts, and community life.
Together, we can sharpen your concern and explore suitable next steps.
As a possible starting point, here are a few ideas:
Workshop: High Performing Teams
What Truly Matters for Achieving High Performance Together
Many of the great innovations of our time would not have been possible without good teamwork. And yet, many teams fall far short of their own goals — both their professional and their interpersonal ones. They fail to come even close to unlocking their collective potential.
In this workshop, groups and teams have the opportunity to explore the fundamental level on which all truly great teams build their work and their success. At its core, this is about the stance each individual team member takes toward themselves and toward others. When teams stop fighting over whose opinion is best and instead give collective intelligence the space it needs, small miracles often happen.
This requires, on the one hand, a solid understanding of how high performing teams work, and on the other, the experience of feeling truly connected and safe within the team. This workshop provides both.
What You'll Explore
- Learning from the best teams: what do they do "differently"?
- Psychological safety: the crucial foundation for good collaboration
- Giving the team direction: the shared purpose
- Leadership within the team: who's responsible for what?
- Encounters within the team beyond ego: genuine co-creation
Possible Workshop Structure (approx. 2 days)
Day 1
Foundations and exercises: what does "high performance" actually mean?
Day 2
Putting what you've learned into practice as a team, and anchoring it
Follow-up (2-4 hours)
Reflection and transfer into everyday team life
Cost: Depending on the Scope of the Workshop
Target Audience
- Teams of all backgrounds: private sector, public administration, the arts (e.g. music bands), etc.
- Groups of people who want to significantly improve their communication and collaboration
- Teams who want to give their work a stronger shared direction ("vision," purpose, goals, etc.)
- Teams who are already good but want to become even better
Notes
- Everything is treated with strict confidentiality
- Content, structure, and duration can be adapted, restructured, or replaced with additional elements depending on your needs
- Combining this with content from our public seminars is recommended where relevant — for example, "Finally, Relationships That Truly Fulfill — Instead of Constant Tension and Conflict"
- Preparatory one-on-one conversations with team members ahead of the workshop are also recommended where appropriate
Inner Leadership — The Decisive Foundation for Leading Others
Poised in Difficult Situations, Authentic in Your Impact
Many executives have realized that the best leadership methods and recipes are no longer enough to make good decisions amid the complexity of everyday professional life. What helps in one specific situation is obsolete in the next, because conditions change too quickly and everything has become ambiguous. So what offers security and orientation instead?
When executives manage to become inwardly calm — even in turbulent times — their view opens up to previously unknown solution strategies that fit the situation. Seemingly "brilliant" solutions appear out of nowhere — without effort and without lengthy decision-making processes.
This seminar focuses on this form of inner leadership, which is inherent in all of us — and which is now well supported by brain research. Executives who understand how this works stay calmer, more authentic, and more productive, especially when it truly matters.
What You'll Explore
- Staying inwardly calm: how is that even supposed to work?
- What the brain needs to function optimally
- Dealing with unhelpful thought and solution patterns
- From "mediocre" to "brilliant": tapping into hidden solution strategies in difficult situations
- Ease and authenticity instead of effort and artificiality in the daily leadership jungle
Possible Seminar Structure (total duration approx. 1–3 months)
First Half Day
Kick-off, introduction, and first exercises (in person)
Second Half Day
Deepening inner leadership: input and exercises (in person or online)
Third Half Day
"Litmus test" in leadership simulations: working through challenging situations (in person)
Final Part
Reflecting on what you've learned and transferring it into your leadership practice (online)
Cost: Depending on the Scope of the Seminar
Target Audience
- Executives who want to feel much more secure and relaxed in difficult situations
- Executives who are tired of traditional leadership training but are looking for the difference that makes the difference for them
- Executives who occasionally find themselves in "power mode" but want to be able to access it reliably
- The seminar can be further tailored to different target groups — for example, experienced executives with 5+ years of experience, or young executives new to their role
Notes
- Everything is treated with strict confidentiality
- Content, structure, and duration can be adapted, restructured, or replaced with additional elements depending on your needs
- If the focus is on collaboration with other executives or with the team, see also the "High Performing Teams" offering
Workshop: Organizations of the Future
Modern Approaches to Effectively Meeting Future Challenges
"You cannot solve a problem with the same thinking that created it." What Einstein is said to have observed also seems to apply to many organizations: while management continuously calls for greater efficiency and effectiveness, employees leave a large part of their individual and collective potential entirely untapped.
Many leaders sense this: something different is needed to help their team or organization take a decisive step forward. This workshop isn't meant to offer perfect solutions — those need to be worked out individually for each context. But it combines traditional leadership approaches with the latest findings from biology and brain research, creating a platform for fresh perspectives and solutions.
What if every employee approached their work with total dedication, felt seen and connected to others, and was constantly on the lookout for better solutions? These are the questions for which new answers need to be found.
What You'll Explore
- Rethinking growth, agility, and future skills
- Brain research for leaders: why endlessly "squeezing the lemon" doesn't get you anywhere
- What you can't pay for, but urgently need: dedication
- Transactional and transformational leadership: a classic, revisited
- First steps: what putting this into practice could actually mean
Possible Workshop Structure (fully expandable)
Part 1: Intensive Workshops
Exploring one theme per afternoon, over 3–5 consecutive afternoons, including developing initial solution approaches
Part 2 (optional): Deep-Dive Workshop
Further exploring one or more themes in depth; developing concrete measures
Cost: Depending on the Scope of the Workshop
Target Audience
- Executives at various leadership levels within organizations
- Leaders who want to prepare their team or organization for the future
- Executives looking for sustainably effective ways to retain and strengthen their employees
- Executives who want to recognize and tap into the dormant potential within their organizations
Notes
- Everything is treated with strict confidentiality
- Beyond the trainer's input, this workshop thrives on the exchange among participants
