When people free themselves from the prison of their own beliefs, they naturally unfold.

For Coaching That Makes a Difference
What brought about Andreas's own major breakthrough in life lies at the heart of Laniakea Learning's work. This is how he helps clients:
…adopt a completely new perspective on themselves and on what it means to be human
…recognize, through this, which unhelpful beliefs they hold — and which of these can be let go of
…gain access, in turn, to the inner source — to our deeply rooted core needs, our hidden talents, and our zest and energy for life
…listen to the inner signals connected to this — for a life that feels far more authentic, lighter, and more fulfilling, and is shaped less by inner and outer struggles.
When Small Miracles Happen
Andreas has seen the result of this process with his own eyes in other people as well. They didn't just change — they were truly transformed. And many can't believe how little effort it took! Here are some of the possible effects:
- More calm and confidence, with practically no fear or feeling of stress
- More phases of exceptional productivity and complete absorption (flow)
- Much greater confidence in difficult decisions
- More joy and enjoyment of life in the here and now, regardless of which goals have already been achieved
- A sense of moving through life in harmony of thought, feeling, and action — with far more energy along the way
- More successful leadership and greater job satisfaction
- More creativity and better ideas for solving problems
- Greater physical well-being and better sleep
- The ability to set the right priorities in one's own life, creating lasting success and fulfillment
- More productive collaboration and genuine, supportive relationships with people, both professionally and privately
All of This Is Possible for You, Too.
If you want to make a decisive change in your life, you're in exactly the right place. Come along on the journey and have experiences that are both formative and lasting!
We are made of the same stuff as stars – we are stardust!

Why „Laniakea“?
„Laniakea“ Stands vor Connection.
It's Hawaiian and means "immeasurable heaven." Astronomers use it to describe a region of the universe that includes Earth and our entire Milky Way. What's fascinating is that we humans are inseparably connected to the stars — because without them, we wouldn't exist! Our own bodies, like all other life forms on Earth, are made up of elements that only exist thanks to the countless collisions and explosions of stars throughout history. When we're aware of this connection, everything in life becomes easier — including our connection with ourselves.

„Learning“
Those who live in connection with themselves learn differently in life than those who see themselves as separate from everything else.
Learning in connection is our natural mode of learning. It always leads to greater inner growth and to greater competence in handling challenges and in dealing with other people. This is ultimately what it's all about: we never stand still, but move skillfully forward in the flow of life. Along the way, we savor every beautiful moment and feel grateful for all the learning experiences life offers us. Herein lies the true happiness that we all — consciously or unconsciously — search for throughout our lives.
