Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards.

Andreas Rothen
In Search of a Truly Fulfilling Life…
…Andreas knows both sides: the joy of following your own path – and the feeling of losing yourself along the way.
After a life-changing experience, he quit his well-paid sales job in the financial industry at the age of 32 and started over. As a coach, trainer, and HR executive at several well-known large corporations, he found work that felt authentic and fulfilling.
With great success, Andreas supported his clients in tackling their most pressing questions and challenges. Yet one question kept surfacing within him, ever more insistently:
How can I help my clients in a way that truly lasts...
...not just by solving their biggest current problem, but by helping them recognize how they can successfully navigate all their future challenges — while being happy, fulfilled, and productive more of the time?

Look within. Within is the fountain of good.
Marc Aurel
After intensive study, through personal experience, and through his work with other people, Andreas has come to fully understand:
The source of our happiness, our humanity, and our productivity lies where we don't usually look: within ourselves. Yet most of us fail to recognize this. So it's no wonder that we search in the wrong place — and, as a result, never feel truly satisfied.
Ironically, we often block our own view of and access to this source through unhelpful beliefs. For example, the belief that happiness can only be achieved through effort, constant self-optimization, and the endless pursuit of success. This wears us down, instead of allowing us to tap into our innate, inexhaustible source of energy — and, in doing so, truly flourish. When we're in touch with this inner source, life unfolds in a new, lighter, and more creative way.
Maybe you recognize yourself in this.
